We are pleased to share the release of our peer-reviewed article detailing the performances of the DeepChek® solution, reagents and software, which helps virologists and clinicians assessing HIV-1 Drug Resistance (HDR) and taking actions for anti-HIV drug management.
The DeepChek solution is available for Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) (Sanger) sequencing and Next Generation Sequencing, targeted and for the whole-genome. Both the reagents and the software are CE-IVD.
The DeepChek® Assay Whole Genome HIV-1 Genotyping is unique as it offers a full determination of antiviral resistance with the detection of resistance associated mutations for all genes related to current and upcoming anti-HIV drugs.
